Your project and your privacy.
Information for your project
When you submit a project, we store your room photo, design preferences, approximate measurements and contact details to prepare and follow up on your request. Please avoid including people, personal documents or other sensitive details in your photos. We do not publish your uploaded photos as portfolio images without your permission.
Project records and images are stored using Cloudflare services. If you request an AI concept when the feature is available, your room image and design preferences are sent to OpenAI to produce the visualization. Do not upload an image unless you have the right to use it.
Your account and project emails
Sign-in uses a short-lived one-time code sent to your email. We store your verified email, name and secure account sessions so you can return to your designs, drafts, orders, quotes and visit requests. Sign out on shared devices. We do not store a password.
We use Resend to deliver sign-in codes and transactional project emails. Your submitted cut diagrams or room concept may be attached to your own confirmation email and to the workshop notification. These emails are not marketing subscriptions.
Project chat
When you use our project chat, ADI stores the conversation to answer your questions and follow up. Messages are processed by OpenAI for automated replies when enabled. You can ask for a person at any time. Our virtual assistant cannot access your private orders or approve payments, financing or final quotations. Use your secure account for project records.
If you contact ADI through WhatsApp, Meta and our connected messaging provider process those messages. Automated WhatsApp replies are available only after that connection is activated. Please do not share passwords, verification codes, payment details or identity documents in chat. To request removal of a conversation, contact the ADI team.
Concepts, estimates and visits
AI images are design concepts, not construction documents. Dimensions, utilities, access, materials and buildability must be checked on site. Planning budgets are approximate, before HST, and subject to a detailed quotation. Unless expressly included in your written quotation, appliances, countertops, electrical, plumbing and structural work are excluded.
A preferred visit date is a request, not a confirmed appointment. ADI will contact you to confirm availability and the arrival window.
Cutting and edge application
Enter cut panel sizes before edge tape. Review every dimension, quantity and selected edge. The suggested layout includes a 3.2 mm saw kerf and 10 mm perimeter trim. Production settings and material suitability are reviewed before cutting.
Posted service prices are in Canadian dollars and include only straight rectangular cutting and the selected edge application. Panel and tape materials, special machining, delivery and oversized handling are separate unless confirmed in writing. The service minimum is applied once per order. Applicable Ontario HST is shown separately.
Customer-supplied panels must be sound, flat and suitable for processing; any required tape must match the material and be compatible with the workshop equipment. No production date is promised at checkout. Changes or cancellations after work begins may involve costs; ADI will confirm the applicable terms before production.
Payments and financing
When online payment is available, Stripe processes card details on its secure checkout. ADI does not store your full card number. A return from checkout alone is not payment confirmation; payment must be verified by the payment provider.
Financing is subject to lender eligibility, credit approval and the lender’s own terms. Registering interest in financing is not a credit application. When a financing provider is connected, its secure form handles any financial or identity information. Do not send banking details or identity documents through the project form.
Contact and privacy requests
We use submitted contact details to respond to the project or order. For questions, corrections or a request to remove project information that is no longer needed, contact admin@adidesign.ca. Some transaction records may need to be retained for business or legal requirements.
The Selected Work gallery contains project images from our @tv_wall_designer Instagram page. Other concept imagery is labelled as AI design inspiration and does not represent completed installations.
